Fiesta Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 bag Frozen precooked shrimp (de-veined & shell removed)
2tsp Coconut Oil
½ tsp Chili Powder
½ tsp Paprika
3 cloves Garlic, minced
½ tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Oregano
¾ tsp Sea Salt
2 T Cilantro, fresh (for serving)
Directions:
Mix dried ingredients in small bowl and set aside. In large toss frozen shrimp with garlic and dried mix.
Heat oil in large skillet. Add shrimp and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside. Boil remaining liquid until it has thickened. Add shrimp back into the pad, toss to coat. Serve immediately, top with Cilantro if desired.
