I have a few exciting things to share with YOU!
First off, I am recommitting to my blog HERE that has been dormant for quite some time. It was used mostly for holding my recipes back in the day but I am overhauling it to add more value for all of YOU. Some of my topics will be mindfulness, motivation, recipes, nutrition, financial health, combating chronic disease, fitness, rest/reset. The overall theme will be getting physically fit, mentally fit AND financially fit to live the active, fulfilling life we want….even after retirement!
