This was a great healthy alternative to our usual pizza. It was so delicious, even my 10 year old son LOVED it! We will definitely be making this on a regular basis.
Whole Wheat Pita Pizza
1 Whole Wheat Pita Bread
2Tbs Trader Joe’s Tomato Basil Marinara
1/3 c Mozzeaella Cheese, shredded
Choice of Toppings [remember lots of veggies]
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pita bread on cookie sheet and bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven, spread marinara then add cheese on toppings of your choice. Bake for an additional 6-8 minutes until cheese is melted.
