Want to be consistent with your workouts???? Then you have to stick to your morning routines no matter what during the work week. Even when you don’t feel good, don’t feel like it, tired or even sore AF. I may not always stick to my planned workout but I always (95-98%) do something even if it’s just 10-15 minutes of stretching or 20 minutes of a dance cardio workout.
