Bacon Wrapped Seafood   This bacon wrapped seafood recipe is sure to be a grilling hit! Ingredients: 2T Lemon Juice 1/2t Cayenne Pepper 1/8t Garlic Powder 12 Jumbo Shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined 6 Large Sea Scallops, halved widthwise 12 Bacon Strips, halved (Turkey Bacon for us) 1 Lemon, medium cut into wedges 24 Toothpicks, or 4-6 skewers Directions: In large Ziplock bag combine all ingredients except bacon and lemon wedges. Beef Kabobs Beef Kabobs are always a summer time favorite 🙂  Make ahead and keep warm for large gatherings or have them build their own to put on the grill themselves. Ingredients: 1-2 lbs     Sirloin Steak, cubed 1/3c         Soy Sauce 1/3c         Lemon Juice 1/4c         Honey 1/4c         Water 1/2 lb       Mushrooms, cleaned (cut if too large) 1 med      Onion, cut in chunks 1              Bell Pepper (any color), cut in chunks   Directions: Mix all wet ingredients in a large Ziploc bag.  Add cubed meat ensuring that it is well coated.  Seal bag and place in refrigerator overnight, or a minimum of 1 hour.[Continued…]
