Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers

  Cheese Steak Stuffed Peppers Ingredients 2 large green bell peppers 2 T olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 4 oz mushrooms, sliced 1/2 red bell pepper, diced 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp sea salt 1 medium yellow onion, chopped 1lb flank steak or flat iron steak, thinly sliced 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 4 slices Provolone cheese Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees Line small baking dish with tinfoil and spray with olive oil, set aside I sliced the green peppers in half, removed the seeds and trimmed the ribs.
