What’s Your Why

What’s your why? Have A Backup Plan

  This is a PSA to have multiple backup plans for your workouts! I made sure everything was set up and ready to go last night.  DVD in player, clothes out, etc.  Unfortunately, our power protector/cleaner for our entire entertainment system had been tripped and I couldn’t get power back on so no TV or DVD, ugh.  Option B was to use Beachbody on Demand and stream to Kolon’s tablet…..unfortunately he left it on so it was dead, lol.  Considered option C of just going for walk but opted for D instead.  Option D was a total body Kettlebell workout[Continued…]
