Hubby took a couple different recipes and combined to make his own version……and it is very tasty with lots of veggies in it.  Enjoy! Only Day 10 And Already Feeling Great

Only Day 10 And Already Feeling Great I was just thinking to myself how great I really do feel.  I got a little spring in my step and just feel good.   I cannot believe how much just 10 little days of healthy habits can greatly improve how you feel! I got up just before 6am for some cardio that really got me sweating.   I already drank my breakfast shake and ate my veggies for a snack.  Today is already looking to be another great day 🙂
