My #1 Tip on Staying Consistent

Want to be consistent with your workouts????

Then you have to stick to your morning routines no matter what during the work week.  Even when you don’t feel good, don’t feel like it, tired or even sore AF.

I may not always stick to my planned workout but I always (95-98%) do something even if it’s just 10-15 minutes of stretching or 20 minutes of a dance cardio workout. Keeping a few shorter, easier go-to workouts ready to go when obstacles come your way is must if you want to stay consistent.

This does two things for you.  First, it keeps you in the habit of working out.  Second, you just feel better getting your body moving, loosening up sore muscles and getting the blood flowing.  I used to skip workouts thinking my body needed the rest.

Although it was true I needed a rest from my usual, more demanding workouts.  It didn’t mean I should do nothing at all.   I have really noticed how much better I feel doing SOMETHING that gets me moving, especially when I am extremely sore.  The soreness is usually shorter lived when I continue to move my body.

Keeping your routine in place, even when you change things up, will keep you on track for the long haul.
Keep moving forward… you’ve got goals to crush👊
