Rosemary Balsamic Pork Loin

Rosemary Balsamic Pork Loin, Balsamic vinegar, pork loin, pork chops, marinade, bbq, grilling, dinner, dinner time, recipe

Rosemary Balsamic Pork Loin was my go to meal for so long my hubby got burned out on it, lol.  I am going to be using it on pork chops this week instead of our usual loin to see if I can sneak it by him :-\

Ingredients for Marinade:

1/4c     Healthy Oil, like Coconut or Olive
1/2c     Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/2t   Garlic, minced
1 1/2t   Rosemary, crushed dried
1 1/2t   Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2t   Dijon Mustard

Directions:

In a large Ziploc bag mix all marinade ingredients.  Add meat of your choice and coat well.  I have traditionally used this for Pork Loin but will be using it on pork chops this week.  Ensure bag is sealed properly and place in refrigerator to marinade for a minimum of 1 hour.  I prefer to mix this up the night before I plan to cook for extra marinade time.

Remove meat from bag and discard marinade.  Pork Loin usually takes about an 1 hour and 15 minutes of grilling time.  Verify your meat is done using a proper meat thermometer.
