Beef Kabobs are always a summer time favorite 🙂 Make ahead and keep warm for large gatherings or have them build their own to put on the grill themselves.
1-2 lbs Sirloin Steak, cubed
1/3c Soy Sauce
1/3c Lemon Juice
1/2 lb Mushrooms, cleaned (cut if too large)
1 med Onion, cut in chunks
1 Bell Pepper (any color), cut in chunks
Mix all wet ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. Add cubed meat ensuring that it is well coated. Seal bag and place in refrigerator overnight, or a minimum of 1 hour.
Discard marinade. Alternate meat, mushroom, onion and pepper on skewers.
Grill 6-8 minutes, until done.
