Where I have been…..I have been overweight for quite some time now….  probably since getting pregnant with my first son many years ago.  It started out with just a few pounds to maybe 20 pounds but the last several years it seems my body has decided that it really likes to be at about 185-190.  Too bad I don’t like my body at that weight!  I have managed to get down to about 165 on a couple occasions with various workouts/diets but it never lasted long 🙁

I have decided that 2015 WILL be the year I finally get fit and healthy!  Not only will I get fit and healthy but I plan to stay that way as well.  I have too many activities I love to enjoy with my husband and family to let poor habits get in my way later in life.

So far things are off to a great start!  I started my journey January 5th.  Right now I am working the Focus T25 workout program along with trying to concentrate on eating a balanced whole food diet.  Of course a fitNhealthy lifestyle must include a healthy dose of H2O so I am starting with a goal of 64oz for now.
